Regulations for the use of theater Asparetto third party

Teatroaperto Association, according to the agreement for municipal management Theatre of Asparetto, provides structure, as well as its equipment and facilities of the Association - for use by third parties - under these Rules.

1. Anyone wishing to take advantage of the local theater Asparetto must ask (well in advance) Theatre Association to begin shooting on the model prepared by the same Association.

2. Theatre Association reserves the right to begin shooting to give its consent in relation its activities.

3. Use refers to the rooms (including toilets) is strictly necessary for the work you have in mind - as indicated in the request.

4. Theatre can not be used for non-profit cultural and consistent with the purposes set out in the Charter Theatre Association to begin shooting.

5. Theatre is sold in use in the presence of technical equipment, incaricato dall’Associazione, nel caso si chieda l’uso delle attrezzature e impianti  dell’Associazione.

6.      Se la richiesta non prevede l’utilizzo delle attrezzature e impianti  dell’Associazione, i locali sono dati in uso con la presenza di un incaricato dell’Associazione.

7.      Sono stabiliti i seguenti costi:

Uso del Teatro con supporto del Tecnico impianti :  € 120,00 +  € 50,00 (per pulizie);

Uso del Teatro senza Technical support equipment: € 50.00 (for cleaning).

The amount is paid to the Association upon request.

8. The Applicant assumes responsibility in the Association, for any damage to the structure and property or personal injury which may occur during the use of the Theatre.
